• Experience as a Scrum Master in IT development teams using the SAFe Framework (> 5 years of experience)
• Experience in the further development of agile development teams in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, or other Scrum Masters (> 5 years of experience),
• Valid certification as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• Experience in the conception or optimization of Jira structures for agile development organizations (> 5 years of experience)
• Experience in portfolio and requirements management for the coordination and prioritization of epics or features between business departments, portfolio, and implementation levels (> 5 years of experience)
• Experience in structuring agile development teams as well as establishing clear responsibilities and collaboration between functionally or technically distinct sub-teams
• Experience in coordinating requirements between portfolio, business, and development levels
• Experience in cross-team dependency management as well as in removing impediments to improve delivery capability and transparency in agile development units
• Experience in optimizing Jira structures for scaled agile working

• Technical advice on the introduction and adaptation of agile methods, especially Scrum, as well as the development of introduction and procedure recommendations
• Technical advice on the design of communication and coordination processes as well as on the further development of agile procedures, especially in the context of SAFe
• Development and documentation of improvement suggestions for agile ways of working and processes
• Conducting agile reviews to evaluate the implementation of agile principles and derive recommendations
• Removal of impediments as well as technical advice on possible solution and escalation processes, thereby increasing the productivity of the agile teams
• Technical advice on structuring, prioritizing, and ensuring the quality of the Product Backlog; creation of examples and recommendations
• Coordination and moderation of Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
• Conception and execution of training formats on methods of agile frameworks Technical advice on identifying potential improvements in agile practices and methods and deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Identification and analysis of risks and problems in agile process structures and development of recommended measures for risk minimization
• Advice on the methodical preparation and execution of SAFe-specific events such as Inspect & Adapt Workshop, PI Planning, System Demo, and ART Sync
• Technical exchange and advice to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) on the analysis and optimization of processes and value streams
• Technical advice on portfolio and requirements management
