For a demanding infrastructure project in the field of offshore energy transmission, we are looking for a specialized engineering or consulting firm or experienced independent experts to take responsibility for defined services in BSH approval management.

The focus is on offshore converter platforms in the German exclusive economic zone (AWZ), which are already in the execution phase.

• Independent processing and follow-up of orders from BSH planning approval decisions
• Technical assessment of platform-specific approval requirements for offshore converter platforms
• Plausibility check of proof, approval, and release documents
• Creation and coordination of authority applications
• Assessment and processing of authority feedback
• Coordination with technical departments and project managers
• Identification and tracking of risks, deviations, and open points
• Ensuring timely implementation up to the complete proof of fulfillment
• Documentation and maintenance of order and proof registers
• Demonstrable experience in BSH approval management for offshore projects in the German AWZ
• Sound knowledge of BSH planning approval decisions and approval execution
• Confident handling of WindSeeG, BSH standards, and the area development plan
• Technical knowledge in relevant special topics, such as underwater noise, marking concepts, traffic safety, construction preparation, or fire protection concepts
• Experience in the independent coordination and implementation of regulatory requirements
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 for direct customer contact)

• Duration: approx. 12 months
• Deployment model: Remote as well as project-related on-site appointments
• Possible locations: Dortmund, Hamburg, and Brauweiler
• Contract model: Project-related service / commissioning of defined work packages
• Remuneration: Based on agreed daily rates
