Integration Architect - Transformation Lead

Project overview

An experienced Transformation Lead / Product Lead is sought for a company-wide Digital Operations Platform. The platform connects existing ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems via integrations, APIs, process automation, and central data services.

The focus is on prioritizing and implementing initial use cases, including in the areas of Supply Chain Planning and Engineering Change, as well as on building reusable platform capabilities for other business units and locations.

Responsibilities

Technical Requirements

• Responsibility for platform vision, product strategy, and roadmap
• Gathering, evaluating, and prioritizing use cases and requirements
• Managing the product backlog based on business value, reusability, effort, and dependencies
• Coordinating with business units, departments, enterprise architecture, engineering, and external partners
• Translating technical architecture specifications into concrete product and delivery priorities
• Managing implementation from discovery and conception to introduction and adoption
• Developing business cases and managing costs, capacities, and dependencies
• Defining KPIs and measures for platform usage and value realization
• Establishing governance, lifecycle, operation, and support models
• Managing strategic service providers and ensuring knowledge transfer
• Communicating roadmap, decisions, risks, and conflicting objectives to stakeholders and committees
• Several years of experience as a Product Lead, Platform Lead, Transformation Lead, or Integration Architect
• Experience in building or further developing enterprise platforms and integration solutions
• Profound knowledge of enterprise integration, APIs, event-driven architecture, and process orchestration
• Understanding of ERP/PLM integrations, data services, and cross-functional business processes
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and agile delivery
• Practical experience in prioritizing investments, creating business cases, TCO analysis, and service provider management
• Experience in international matrix organizations with many stakeholders
• Ability to connect technical, functional, and economic requirements
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in industry, supply chain, engineering, or comparable complex corporate environments is an advantage
