- Creation and consolidation of group risk reports in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) environment
- Conducting and moderating risk workshops with specialist departments and management
- Analysis and harmonization of risk registers from various business units
- Further development of risk management methods, risk categories, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Technical support for the introduction of a new ERM tool, including migration, testing, and requirements management
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), risk controlling, or corporate governance
- Very good knowledge of COSO ERM and ISO 31000
- Experience with risk analyses, risk consolidations, and management reporting at group level
- Experience in moderating workshops and in stakeholder management
- Knowledge of GRC/ERM systems, transformation or implementation projects
- Confident use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
