Project overview

As part of an ongoing construction project in the Bensheim region, external expertise in building services engineering (TGA) planning is needed at short notice. The project requires comprehensive planning of building services systems using state-of-the-art BIM methods and offers the opportunity to work in a flexible working model.

The assignment is with an established company in the construction industry and covers the full spectrum of building services engineering planning with a focus on sustainable and economical solution approaches.

Responsibilities

• Specialist planning and design of building services systems in the trades of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and cooling
• Creation and coordination of comprehensive planning documents for all project phases
• Interdisciplinary coordination with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders
• BIM-based planning with Autodesk Revit
• Ensuring the technical and economic implementation of planning goals
• Quality control and documentation of planning results

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a specialist planner for building services engineering
• Sound knowledge in building services engineering (TGA) planning (HLSK)
• Confident use of Autodesk Revit and BIM methods
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Full-time availability for the project duration
