For an internationally active, collective agreement-bound industrial company, we are looking for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to take over a defined area of responsibility as part of a parental leave replacement.
You will act as a competent contact person for managers and employees and will be responsible for operational and strategic support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Our client is a renowned company in the industry. Please note that a presence of four days a week on-site is expressly desired for this position.

- Consultation and support of managers in all personnel-related issues
- Operational support of employees in day-to-day business
- Creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and other personnel-related documents
- Support in disciplinary measures and termination processes
- Advice on labor law issues in the operational environment
- Support with performance reviews, talent, and personnel development measures
- Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes
- Identification of potential improvements and derivation of suitable measures
- Close cooperation with HR Business Partners as well as Payroll and Time Recording departments
- Support with ongoing HR initiatives and potential follow-up work from restructuring measures
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
- Sound knowledge of German labor law
- Experience in independently advising managers
- Confident handling of individual personnel measures and labor law issues
- Strong hands-on mentality and high consulting competence
- Experience in companies bound by collective agreements is an advantage
- Industry knowledge in the chemical or process industry is desirable
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM is an advantage
