Interim (Junior) Business Application Developer Microsoft 365, Power Platform & AI

Responsibilities

• Independent conception and implementation of small and medium-sized digitalization projects for various departments
• Gathering and analysis of business requirements, as well as development and implementation of pragmatic business applications
• Development and optimization of solutions based on Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Excel
• Automation of business processes and workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Conception, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Creation and integration of Copilot Agents to support and automate department-specific processes
• Support in the development and further enhancement of smaller web and database applications, as well as existing Access and VBA solutions
• Close coordination with departments from requirements gathering to productive deployment and user support

Framework Conditions

• Sound practical experience in the development and implementation of business applications within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Very good knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, especially in the development and implementation of Copilot Agents
• Experience in the conception and implementation of AI-powered business processes and automation solutions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Lists, Excel, and SQL
• Experience in the independent implementation of digitalization projects from requirements gathering to productive deployment
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, as well as experience in direct collaboration with business departments
• Experience in developing smaller web applications with ASP.NET and IIS
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL
• Knowledge of Excel VBA, Access VBA, and Office Scripts
• Experience in maintaining and further developing existing Access and VBA applications
• Experience in using AI-powered development tools to accelerate software development
