- Ensuring device compliance and patch levels
- Analyzing and resolving issues with non-compliant end devices
- Troubleshooting in the Windows 11 and Intune environment
- Documenting implemented measures
- Several years of experience in Microsoft Intune / MDM
- Very good knowledge of the Windows 11 environment
- Practical experience with Windows 11 devices
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Knowledge of patch management
- Knowledge of troubleshooting in the client/workplace environment
- Practical hands-on experience in the workplace environment
