As a Contract & Claim Manager (m/f/d), you will support a major project in the data center sector in the Rhine-Main area. You will be responsible for the review, documentation, and negotiation of addendums, as well as contract management with the general contractor.

• You will review, evaluate, and document addendums within the scope of a major construction project.
• You will take over contract and claim management with the general contractor.
• You will coordinate the processing of addendums with all relevant project stakeholders.
• You will develop comprehensible decision-making bases and documentation.
• You will support revision management and ensure revision-proof processes.
• You will analyze contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual regulations.
• You will work in German and English within the project team.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in contract or addendum management for construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of contract & claim management.
• Very good knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen
• German Construction Contract Procedures).
• Experience in major projects, ideally in the data center environment.
• High technical understanding of complex construction projects.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Structured, analytical, and documentation-strong work approach.
• Long-term interim mandate with a duration of 12 months.
• Involvement in one of the largest data center projects in Germany.
• Key role within a highly professional project environment.
• Flexible combination of on-site presence in the Rhine-Main area and remote work.
