- Interim Payroll Expert SAP HCM (Part-time)
- Our client is a manufacturing company.
- Independent execution of operational payroll for a defined group of employees
- Processing of complex special cases related to wage tax and social security law
- Analysis and clarification of payroll-relevant issues
- Ensuring timely and error-free payroll
- Close cooperation with HR, Finance, Works Council, and external service providers
- Support in system and process optimizations in the payroll environment
- Participation in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Several years of experience in operational payroll / payroll accounting
- Very good knowledge of German wage tax and social security law
- Demonstrable experience in handling complex special cases
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll
- Experience in working with Atos as a payroll service provider or in the Atos environment
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good communication skills and confident interaction with various stakeholders
