• Participate in the introduction of a new performance steering and reporting system as part of a core system and finance transformation.
• Conduct, validate, and document User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with a focus on performance metrics such as assets, net new cash, and P&L indicators.
• Parameterize and coordinate the new reporting solution from a business perspective, and create user and system documentation.
• Support ongoing performance steering operations (BAU) through reporting, monitoring, and operational guidance during the transformation phase.
• Identify and implement process optimizations, ensuring data quality, transparency, and regulatorily compliant financial reporting.
• Experience in performance steering, controlling, FP&A, or financial reporting within banks, asset management, or financial services.
• Demonstrable experience in UAT, finance testing, business analysis, or quality assurance of financial and reporting processes.
• Practical experience in core system migrations, finance transformations, or large-scale IT/finance change projects.
• Very strong analytical skills and high attention to detail regarding data integrity, numerical understanding, and financial KPIs.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with developers, business departments, and senior stakeholders, combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
