The Current Mandate

For non-profit organizations, we are currently seeking experienced interim heads of nursing for assignments in the Rhine-Main area and in Weil am Rhein.

We are looking for individuals who not only manage but also operationally lead an ongoing care facility, provide direction to staff, and can quickly establish stability and reliable structures even in challenging situations.

• Operational leadership and management of the nursing department
• Professional and organizational leadership of the staff
• Ensuring reliable duty and deployment planning
• Stabilization of processes, responsibilities, and interfaces
• Ensuring nursing quality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Preparation and support of audits
• Analysis of existing structures and identification of concrete improvement opportunities
• Implementation of necessary organizational and qualitative measures
• Constructive collaboration with facility management, management, and other internal interfaces
• Support with personnel shortages, change processes, or restructuring of operations as needed
• Completed nursing qualification
• Recognized qualification as a Head of Nursing or equivalent leadership qualification
• Several years of leadership experience as Head of Nursing or in a comparable role
• Very good knowledge of legal and quality requirements in nursing
• Experience with duty scheduling, personnel management, and quality management
• Ideally, prior experience in interim mandates, restructuring, stabilization, or change situations
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Clear, binding, and appreciative leadership style
• Willingness for 100% presence at the assignment location
