- Introduction and further development of KPI, Lean, and Shopfloor Management structures
Requirements

- Solid experience as Plant Manager, Site Manager, or Operations Director
- Demonstrable successes in transformation, restructuring, or turnaround projects
- Sound knowledge of Lean Management, production control, and KPI-based corporate management
- Experience in cost-critical production environments with complex manufacturing structures
- Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel and be on-site
- Key role with direct influence on the future of an international production site
- High degree of freedom in decision-making and close collaboration with the COO and top management
