The focus is on professionalizing production and material planning during a crucial scaling phase. We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on expert who creates transparency in planning and control, identifies bottlenecks, and supports the transition from a development-driven organization to scalable series production.

Compensation Package
- Responsibility for production, material, and schedule planning within defined value streams
- Creation and maintenance of reliable production plans for complex assemblies and systems
- Control of material requirements and ensuring parts availability for assembly
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, supply chain, and procurement to ensure plan fulfillment
- Monitoring supplier delivery performance and escalating critical schedule deviations
- Building transparency on production progress, delivery dates, and capacities
- Support in professionalizing and standardizing planning and control processes
- Development of KPI-based control mechanisms for production and material flows
- Active support of production ramp-up and industrialization of a growing manufacturing organization
- Several years of experience in production planning, manufacturing control, supply chain planning, or operations management
- Demonstrable experience in production ramp-ups, industrialization, or ramp-up projects
- Sound understanding of production planning, material disposition, capacity planning, and manufacturing control
- Experience in complex production environments with series production and high variant diversity
- Ideally, background from automotive, aerospace, defense, or comparable high-tech manufacturing companies
- Very good English skills
