The project includes the assembly, commissioning, and coordination of complex special crane systems used in demanding industrial environments. We are looking for a personality with a technical background, leadership experience on construction sites, and a high willingness to travel.

Key Data

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for assembly and construction projects in special crane construction

Coordination of assembly personnel, subcontractors, and project participants

Monitoring of deadlines, quality, costs, and occupational safety

Coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

Participation in construction meetings and project meetings

Ensuring smooth assembly and commissioning of complex crane systems

Technical problem-solving and support during project execution on-site

Requirements

Several years of experience as a construction manager, assembly manager, or project manager in plant construction, steel construction, crane construction, or comparable industrial sectors

Experience in international assembly projects

Confident demeanor towards customers and subcontractors

High willingness to travel within Europe

Fluent German and English skills

Independent and structured way of working

Special Features

Experience with complex heavy load and lifting systems is an advantage
