Seeking an experienced Technical System Planner for Building Services to support a complex TGA project, utilizing BIM and Autodesk Revit. The role involves creating and editing planning documents and collaborating within a hybrid work model.
Project overview
As part of an ongoing TGA project, you will support an experienced planning team in the realization of complex building services systems. The project requires in-depth expertise in HVAC planning as well as skilled BIM knowledge for modeling in Autodesk Revit.
Collaboration will take place within a hybrid work model with a flexible division between on-site and remote work, ensuring an optimal work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Creation and editing of planning documents in the field of building services engineering
- Professional modeling and planning with Autodesk Revit
- Technical support for planning in the trades of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and cooling
- Coordination and alignment with project stakeholders and internal specialist departments
- Continuous maintenance and updating of BIM models
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Technical System Planner for Building Services
- Very good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM methodology
- Sound experience in the field of TGA/HVAC planning
- Independent and structured way of working
- Availability for full-time employment
