IT Requirements Manager Risk Management & Information Security Management - Onsite in Wiesbaden

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an IT Requirements Manager (m/f/d) for Risk Management & Information Security Management starting 01/2027 for the expected duration until 12/2027 with the option of extension. The project is planned as full-time. The assignment will take place entirely on-site in Wiesbaden for the first 6 months and can then be done remotely by arrangement.

Responsibilities

Coordination with the project in bi-weekly Jour Fixes via video conference

• Creation, maintenance, and documentation of requirements in HP ALM
• Requirements analysis
• Communication between participants as well as the service provider and the client's internal business departments
• Coordination with the software supplier within the scope of a weekly telephone exchange
• Coordination on requirements with the business departments and participant projects at regular intervals (in-person meeting or video conference)
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of these meetings
• Creation and maintenance of documentation (e.g., work processes, meeting minutes, requirements, orders)
• Creation of Confluence pages
• Creation and processing of tasks in Gitlab (Kanban board)
• Creation and processing of Jira tasks
• Creation of User Stories
• Creation of security concepts
• Creation of operational concepts
• Creation of disaster and recovery concepts
• Evaluation of XML messages
