- Conducting requirements engineering and functional requirements gathering
- User enablement with direct contact to users
- Accompanying rollouts on-site at logistics locations
- Supporting the helpdesk during implementation phases
- Coordination and alignment with business departments and technical teams, especially Identity Management and Network
- Technical analysis and clarification of issues
- Taking on the role of a technical liaison between employee master data, product teams, and the project
- Configuration of employee app templates based on company codes and cost centers
- Coordination with Identity Management and Network teams for the technical rollout
- Support with testing, quality assurance, and rollout preparation
