For our client, we are looking for an experienced IT Consultant for error analysis & performance optimization to support an existing, production-near system landscape.

The focus is on analyzing complex technical disruptions, identifying performance bottlenecks, and sustainably resolving the causes of errors. This is explicitly not a classic support role, nor a development task. We are looking for a technical expert who analyzes existing systems, identifies weaknesses, and ensures the stability and performance of the platform.

The system landscape consists of web servers, load balancers, RabbitMQ, and SQL databases.

• Analysis and resolution of technical disruptions in a complex system landscape
• Performing root cause analyses for sustainable error resolution
• Identification and analysis of performance and stability problems
• Analysis of timeout issues and misconfigurations in the load balancing environment
• Review and optimization of web server configurations
• Analysis of database processes, SQL queries, and data flows
• Investigation of error patterns across multiple system levels (web server, load balancer, RabbitMQ, database)
• Support in ensuring stable operation before and after go-live
• Close collaboration with operations and infrastructure teams
• SQL / Databases (error analysis, query optimization, performance tuning)

• Experience in operating and troubleshooting complex IT systems
• Demonstrable experience in error and cause analysis
