• You analyze, evaluate, and prioritize requirements in the SAP PM/CS environment and optimize mobile maintenance processes for vehicles and components in the logistics industry as part of the transformation to SAP S/4HANA.
• You develop, implement, and configure mobile maintenance applications with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP Mobile Services SDK v24 and SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), including OData interfaces and mobile data models.
• You adapt mobile applications to new or changed SAP S/4HANA environments and analyze the impact of release changes, system conversions, and customizing and data model changes.
• You design and configure Fiori tiles and launchpad content for SAP PM processes, including Target Mappings, Catalogs, Groups, as well as Spaces and Pages. You design role-based, user-friendly interfaces according to SAP guidelines.
• You configure SAP MRS, including the planning table for deployment and resource planning, and connect mobile maintenance applications. If necessary, you take on corresponding tasks for SAP FSM and FSM Mobile.
• You manage catalog and authorization management with Fiori catalogs, Business Catalogs, Business Roles, PFCG roles, and IAM apps.
• You create test cases, perform unit, integration, and regression tests, including on mobile devices, and document results. You analyze and fix errors, including proof of correction.
• You create functional and technical concepts as well as high-level and detailed concepts, and integrate new SAP components such as MDG.
• You document interfaces, data models, configurations, and launchpad assignments in Confluence and SharePoint, and ensure continuously maintained, transferable system documentation.
• You create delivery packages, including transport orders, configuration statuses, mobile app packages or MDK metadata, as well as release and deployment documentation. You control changes via SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM.
• You moderate requirements workshops, present results to stakeholders and management, and work according to Scrum or classic project methods depending on the work package.
• You have more than 5 years of project experience in the SAP system landscape, especially with the PM, MM, PP, and HCM modules under SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in the development, customization, and integration of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications for mobile devices in the maintenance environment, including responsive and touch-optimized UI design.
• You have experience in adapting and maintaining mobile applications for new or changed SAP S/4HANA environments, including impact analysis, for example, for release changes, system conversions, and customizing or data model changes. Junior level experience of up to 3 years is required.
• You have knowledge in catalog and authorization management with Fiori catalogs and groups, Business Catalogs, Business Roles, PFCG roles, and IAM apps, evidenced by 2 references.
• You have project experience in leading or implementing SAP projects in the maintenance environment, for example, in vehicle or plant maintenance, from 3 references.
• You have English language skills at C1 level.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1).
• You have more than 5 years of experience in Fiori UI development with a focus on UX/UI design according to SAP guidelines, including tile and app design as well as Launchpad Content Manager.
• You have more than 3 years of experience in the technical integration and migration of SAP components, such as MDG, ChaRM, and SAP Solution Manager.
• You have experience in project management and requirements analysis with Jira and Confluence, as well as evaluation with Power BI, evidenced by 2 references.
• You have experience in test, quality, and requirements management according to IREB or ISTQB, evidenced by 2 references.
• You are familiar with agile and classic project management methods such as Scrum, PRINCE2, and Waterfall from 2 references.
• You have knowledge of SAP MRS, including deployment and resource planning via the planning table in conjunction with maintenance processes from SAP PM/CS, evidenced by 2 references.
• You have knowledge of SAP FSM or FSM Mobile, including integration into SAP S/4HANA Service Management or PM/CS, at a junior level with up to 3 years of experience.
• You will be involved in the digitalization and modernization of vehicle and component maintenance in a group-wide SAP transformation program.
• You will work with a diverse SAP technology landscape consisting of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, and mobile maintenance solutions.
• You will independently take on demanding tasks in a project environment that combines agile development with classic concept and integration phases.
• For your tasks, you will have a laptop with MS Office 365 and VPN, the necessary system access, and a mobile test device.
• Work is performed 87% remotely and 13% onsite (Frankfurt).
