• You advise the business unit on the operation and requirements management of the operational system landscape, especially for central business applications and energy data management for 16.7 Hz power grids.
• You establish and optimize workflows and processes, coordinate them with the involved organizational units, and ensure compliance with agreed agile processes and definitions.
• You analyze courses of action, prepare decisions, and support the implementation of the resulting measures.
• You analyze and design business processes and functions, and conceptualize the business design of process clusters and business domains.
• You support requirements managers in specifying new requirements and advise the business product owner in the relevant system environment.
• You perform data analyses and data cleansing in case of faulty system behavior and analyze production errors in incident and problem management.
• You support the creation and refinement of the product backlog and advise power users on monitoring and case management.
• You have practical experience within the system landscape of a 16.7 Hz power grid operator in the logistics industry at a junior level with up to 3 years of experience.
• You possess a Microsoft certification Windows 7 (MSCA).
• You have more than 3 years of practical experience in the setup and administration of Active Directory technologies under Windows Server, especially Group Policies, Work Folders, Active Directory Domain Services, and Dynamic Access Control.
• You have project management know-how and a certification according to PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA.
• You have more than 5 years of practical experience in the field of network operators for 16.7 Hz power systems in the logistics industry.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (min. C1).
• You have more than 3 years of methodological competence in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and modeling of business processes in the market role of a 16.7 Hz network operator, as well as in the SCRUM and SAFe process models.
• You have experience in establishing and applying quality assurance processes and procedures at a junior level with up to 3 years of experience.
• You have knowledge in software development at Level 1 with JavaEE, Spring, Gradle and/or Maven as well as Oracle databases at a junior level with up to 3 years of experience.
• You work on an IT system landscape for access to a power grid in the logistics industry and support central processes in the energy sector.
• You take on versatile tasks at the interface of business, IT operations, and requirements management.
• You help shape processes and business solutions in an agile environment and contribute your expertise to collaboration with product owners, requirements managers, and power users.
• Service provision is 77% remote and 23% onsite (Frankfurt).
