IT Consultant - Process Digitalization with Pega

Project overview

The project includes consulting, development, and digitalization of business processes on a low-code platform. In a multi-project environment, around 25 projects of varying sizes are implemented annually. Services range from the initial project idea through requirements analysis and process design to technical implementation. Furthermore, the productive deployment, operation, and maintenance of the applications are supported. Collaboration is predominantly agile in small development teams with standardized documentation and development processes.

• Consulting and analysis of AS-IS/TO-BE processes
• Requirements gathering and process documentation
• Pega workflow digitalization including UX and interfaces
• Testing, rollout, operation, and further development
• MUST: Certificate: Certified Pega Senior System Architect
• MUST: 5 years consulting in workflow digitalization
• MUST: 5 years workflow implementation with Pega
• SHOULD: 5 years Pega Case Management, Workflow & Automation (50%)
• SHOULD: 3 years agile methodologies Scrum/Kanban (25%)
• SHOULD: 3 years requirements workshops (25%)
• Full-time employment with 8h/day and 5 days/week
• Planned project period is 02.11.2026 – 31.12.2027
• You will perform your work mostly from a location of your choice (onshore and nearshore possible)
