Project overview

For our client, an insurance company, we are looking for an IT Project Coordinator / Business Analyst (m/f/d) ASAP to provide the following services:

Responsibilities

• Coordination of print projects at the interface between business departments and the IT/development department
• Management and coordination of relevant print work packages as well as regular reporting to overall project management
• Integration and implementation of print requirements into existing system and process landscapes
• Conception, creation, and adaptation of business concepts, considering business and technical requirements
• Planning, coordination, and execution of test management, including documentation and tracking of test results
• Coordination with business departments and the IT/development department, as well as creation and revision of existing process diagrams and process descriptions

Requirements

• Sound experience in IT project coordination or business analysis, ideally in the insurance environment
• Experience in print and output management as well as in the integration of print requirements into existing system landscapes
• Knowledge in the creation and adaptation of business and technical concepts
• Experience in managing and coordinating work packages as well as in project reporting
• Sound knowledge in business test management, including test planning, test execution, and results documentation
• Experience in coordination between business departments and IT as well as in the creation and revision of process documentation
