Good day,

We are looking for an IT Project Manager for an AI/Knowledge Platform project

Responsibilities

• Operational IT project management for the technical planning and implementation of the digital knowledge platform (anonymization tool, knowledge database, chatbot)
• Control of technical implementation based on the existing PoC for automated text and image anonymization
• Setup of a central knowledge database with anonymized expert reports and other documents
• Introduction of a chatbot for research and support in creating expert reports
• Derivation of technical & organizational requirements, creation of work packages, project plans, and implementation measures
• Coordination of stakeholders (business unit, data protection, information security, IT service providers, TÜV SÜD Digital Service GmbH)
• Control of security, data protection, and IT-PEx processes
• Project planning, status reporting, risk management, management documentation
• Ensuring the timely implementation of the MVP by the end of the project

Requirements

Framework Conditions

• Several years of experience in IT project management (document management, knowledge management, AI, data, digitalization)
• Experience in managing complex corporate processes (TÜV SÜD IT-PEx, information security, data protection)
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Azure, SharePoint, M365)
• Experience in AI projects (anonymization, RAG, chatbots) is an advantage
• Start: asap
• End: 31.12.2026
• Utilization: 2 days/week (16h/week)
• Location: predominantly remote, occasional appointments onsite
