IT Project Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead complex technical projects at our Berlin location. The position is designed as hybrid and offers the opportunity to be responsible for demanding projects in digital healthcare.

Your responsibilities include overall responsibility for planning, controlling, and successfully implementing IT development projects, taking into account time, cost, quality, and resource goals. You will manage project teams, resources, and milestones using classic, hybrid, or agile methods. Furthermore, you will be responsible for budget planning, cost control, and risk management, as well as deriving appropriate measures. Active stakeholder management, preparation and leadership of steering committees, and management of contracts and change requests are among your core tasks.

You will ensure solution quality and create regular reports for management and stakeholders.

You have successfully completed a technical degree (e.g., Applied Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Software Engineering) and at least 3 years of professional experience in managing complex, cross-functional IT development projects. Very good German language skills (C1) are required. Practical experience in highly regulated eHealth projects and in dealing with customers in the digital health environment is advantageous. You are proficient in project and risk management, project controlling, and reporting, including in agile contexts.

Sound knowledge of IT security, cryptography, PKI, eHealth, and compliance processes is necessary. In addition to technical competence, you bring entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor.
