IT Project Manager in the context of statutory health insurance (GKV)

Project overview

For an internationally active client, we are looking for an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) in the context of statutory health insurance (GKV).

Responsibilities

Your expertise:

• Planning, steering, and coordinating complex IT and digitalization projects
• Analyzing, structuring, and optimizing business processes in the GKV environment
• Accompanying the development and implementation of modern platform strategies and IT infrastructures
• Steering software rollouts, especially in the Microsoft 365 environment, and potentially hardware rollouts
• Coordinating measures related to AI, information security, governance, and standardization
• Responsibility for schedule planning, resource management, risk management, and quality assurance
• Steering external service providers and coordinating with clients, management, and other stakeholders
• Preparing and conducting committee meetings, status reports, and escalation processes
• Accompanying change management measures during the introduction of new digital work tools
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT, transformation, or digitalization projects
• Sound knowledge of established project management methods and experience in managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience with business processes of statutory health insurance (GKV), ideally in areas such as benefit entitlement, policyholder processes, reporting and contribution processes, or billing
• Knowledge of modern IT platforms, platform architectures, and cloud technologies
• Experience in planning and steering larger software rollouts, especially Microsoft 365
• Knowledge in the areas of IT governance, information security, and risk management
• Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and experience in dealing with management committees
• Ideally, experience with oscare® or comparable GKV system landscapes
• Additional experience with AI projects, digital workplace, and hardware rollouts is an advantage
• Very good German (at least comparable to C1)
