Seeking two IT Service Technicians for onsite support in Hamburg, Germany, focusing on hardware rollout, IT workplace services, and user support for approximately 350 Windows clients.

For a client in Hamburg, we are currently looking for two
IT Service Technicians Onsite
Responsibilities
- Provision of various IT services on behalf of our client in Hamburg
- Hardware rollout and IT workplace services for business users
- Onsite support for approx. 350 Windows clients
- Technical support for onboarding and offboarding
- Coordination with client contacts and colleagues in Augsburg and Hamburg
Requirements
Notes:
Shift model Mon – Thu: 8 AM – 4:30 PM

- Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Structured way of working (ticket and RFS based)
- Good German and ideally English language skills, spoken and written
- High reliability and commitment
- Mobility (driver's license class B/BE, or 3)
