Service Description

We are looking for support in the development, operation, and enhancement of an IT service for simulation-based prediction of the operational readiness of large military equipment.

The goal of the project is to predict the future operational readiness of selected large equipment and to sustainably improve their availability by centrally storing, processing, and analyzing technical and logistical data, as well as using simulation-based prediction methods.

The focus is on scaling and functional enhancement of an existing, containerized microservice application, which has already been prepared and tested for operation on a cloud platform.

Junior Account Manager

• Certified Professional for Software Architecture – Foundation Level (CPSA-F) according to iSAQB or comparable certification
• Proven knowledge in IT architecture consulting for applications and processes in the public or military environment, considering high requirements for availability and integrity
• At least 3 years of experience in architecture consulting for client/server and web-based IT architectures in virtual, highly available data center environments with more than 800 virtualized systems
• At least 3 years of experience in planning IT architectures in the public or military environment to support military command and support processes
• At least 3 years of experience in public sector projects, including conducting and moderating customer meetings and creating and maintaining project documentation
• At least 3 years of experience in creating IT architecture concepts using appropriate architecture tools such as ARIS or Alfabet
• At least 3 years of experience in tool-supported requirements gathering and requirements engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in solution design and in creating solution and service descriptions in the public sector
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and designing virtualized operating system environments based on VMware vSphere (Windows and Linux)
• At least 3 years of experience with IT Service Management processes (ITSM), especially Change Management
