Responsibilities

Ensuring the operation of the central monitoring system SolarWinds Orion, monitoring availability and performance, patching applications and operating systems, maintaining thresholds, KPIs, and alerting logic, as well as creating and updating operational documentation and processing regulatory requirements.

• Experience in administering SolarWinds Orion or comparable monitoring systems
• Very good architectural understanding of operations infrastructures
• Routine handling of Microsoft Server operating systems
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell)
• Experience working with external service providers
• Experience in creating operational documentation
• High degree of independence and goal orientation
• Structured and team-oriented way of working
