IT Test Coordinator

Project overview

We are looking for an IT Test Coordinator for an exciting project in the Munich area. The position is hybrid and starts in January 2027 with a duration of 18 months.

In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, implementation, and further development of automated testing solutions for SAP S/4HANA applications in the energy industry environment. You will work with modern test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca and Eggplant Functional and use AI-supported testing methods for test case creation, test optimization, and intelligent test selection.

Your tasks include the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments, the execution of API, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end tests, as well as collaboration with business departments, developers, and project teams. You will administer test management and ticketing systems and support test strategy and test planning.

We expect a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, alternatively an IT apprenticeship with several years of professional experience. Several years of practical experience in software testing and test automation are required. You should have very good knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as SenseTalk, Python, Java, or JavaScript and practical experience with the mentioned test automation tools.

Knowledge of API and integration tests, test management systems such as Jira or Azure DevOps is necessary. Certifications such as ISTQB CTFL or CTAL as well as Tricentis Tosca certifications are desirable. Experience with AI-supported test automation is an advantage.
