Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for users and super users in the CAD/PDM environment (Siemens NX, Teamcenter, BCT)
• First-level support, including error analysis, problem-solving, and escalation management
• Analysis of user requirements and continuous development of the CAD/PDM landscape
• Leadership and coordination of continuous improvement and optimization projects
• Introduction of new modules, functions, and processes within the system landscape
• Definition, further development, and implementation of PMI (Product Manufacturing Information) standards
• Interface between engineering, business departments, and IT for coordinating functional and technical requirements
• Testing new releases and support with validation and data quality checks
• Participation in the optimization of product structures, bills of materials, and associated engineering processes
• Support with training and knowledge transfer to users and super users

Requirements

My advantages:

• Technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, design, product development, or comparable qualification
• Profound experience in the CAD/PDM environment. Sound knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter. Experience as a Key User, Super User, CAD/PDM Administrator, or technical application specialist
• Experience in the introduction or further development of CAD/PDM processes and systems
• Understanding of engineering, design, and product development processes
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and good English skills
• Long-term perspective with planned transition to permanent employment
• Home office option
• Technologically demanding environment in an international industrial company
• Responsible expert role with high visibility within the company
