New AI Development Team: Python Developer (Agentic AI), Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst

These positions are exclusively for self-employed freelancers. We cannot consider offers from consulting or personnel service companies or employed consultants.

We are building a new team for Agentic AI solutions at a large technology and industrial group located in the Stuttgart area. We are looking for developers, a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and a Business Analyst. The work is almost exclusively remote from Germany, i.e., onshore, with occasional on-site appointments in Stuttgart.

Due to a short onboarding period and a quick start, only individuals who have already worked in a similar area at this group are eligible. Please make this clear in your profile.

What it's about: AI agents that read corporate data from various file and data formats, structure and analyze it, interact with existing systems, and provide their results in frontend visualizations. Technically, this is done with Python, LangGraph and FastAPI, PostgreSQL and Vector Stores, Databricks for ETL, Azure with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, New Relic for Observability. The connection is made to existing systems based on Java/Kotlin, React, and Angular.

What we expect for each role:

For all roles: fluent German and English, experience in corporate environments with multiple stakeholder groups.

• Developer: min. 2 years of Python and Azure, productive experience with LangGraph, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and LLM-based applications
• Product Owner: min. 3 years as PO in agile software projects, including at least one product in the area of GenAI or Agentic AI, technical understanding of RAG, agents, and evaluation
• Scrum Master: min. 3 years in software development teams, PSM or CSM certification, experience with distributed teams
• Business Analyst: min. 3 years of requirements analysis in IT projects, experience with corporate processes, translation of business requirements into user stories
