Responsibilities

You will accompany, advise, and support childcare facilities and their operators

You will organize and accompany events, congresses, and campaigns and further develop the state association's offerings in terms of content.

• in the further development of the professional profile of childcare facilities
• in creating a needs-based offering for early childhood education
• in the implementation of modern pedagogical concepts
• in quality development and assurance
• in the implementation of the orientation plan
• in the implementation of current legal bases for early childhood education
• in carrying out responsible operational management
• in quality development processes within the framework of language education
• in building networks for continuous language education and support

• You have a university degree in pedagogy, social pedagogy, special needs education, or comparable disciplines, and ideally have relevant additional qualifications
• You have several years of practical experience in child and youth welfare
