• Assembly of glass and plastic fiber optic cables
• Gluing and crimping of connectors and sleeves
• Polishing of fiber surfaces
• Performing checks under a microscope and tests using various testing equipment
• Technical understanding, timely work
• Manual dexterity, accuracy, and skill
• Willingness to work, resilience, team spirit, and flexibility
• Basic IT skills
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
