About the position:

As part of strengthening the engineering team, an experienced designer in the field of Heating, Climate, Ventilation, and Sanitary (HKLS) is sought. The focus is on professional BIM modeling of building services (TGA) and the timely execution of complex planning projects in a modern work environment.

Responsibilities

What is offered:

• Creation of detailed 3D models of building services (TGA) using Revit
• Development of plans, sections, and technical details from the BIM model
• Implementation of planning specifications in compliance with modeling guidelines
• Performance of clash detection and implementation of resolution results
• Coordination with specialist planners and BIM coordinators on modeling issues
• Active participation in project meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Completed training as a technician, technical system planner, or comparable TGA qualification
• Sound knowledge of Autodesk Revit and ideally Navisworks
• Experience in 3D modeling and working with BIM modeling guidelines
• Expertise in the field of HKLS systems and TGA planning
• Structured, goal-oriented way of working with entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a confident demeanor
