Responsibilities
Profile
- Design and variant development of existing precision mechanical locking systems with SolidWorks
- Creation of production-ready design documents and technical drawings
- Setup, planning, and execution of prototype, endurance, and load tests
- Analysis, documentation, and optimization of test results for further product development
- Ensuring the series transfer of new or optimized product variants
- Close integration of design, testing, and manufacturing in a practical development environment
- Hands-on involvement in the implementation, testing, and industrialization of mechanical solutions
- Sound SolidWorks knowledge (own SolidWorks license desired)
- Experience in design and creation of technical drawings (precision mechanics)
- Supplier collaboration: inquiries, research, parts orders
- Prototype / test bench setup (planning, assembly, and commissioning)
- Execution of tests and documentation of results
