Area Securing Coordinator

Project overview

For a large infrastructure project in the field of energy transmission, we are looking for an experienced Area Securing Coordinator. In this project, an existing overhead line system will be replaced by a new construction with increased transmission capacity. After the planning approval decision has been made, several preparatory construction measures must be implemented at short notice.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management and coordination of service providers for area securing. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of temporary area securing as well as for negotiations with property owners and managers. You will provide technical and organizational support to property law experts and coordinate necessary preparatory work.

Your tasks include data management in relevant systems and Excel, communication with construction companies and project teams, and the creation of status reports. You will process compensation and land damage cases, accompany route inspections, and derive necessary measures from them. An important aspect is escalation management in case of difficulties in acquiring rights of way.

We are looking for a person with proven experience in area securing, route securing, acquisition of rights of way, or property matters. You should be proficient in Excel and data systems and ideally have knowledge of relevant software solutions. Negotiation skills in dealing with owners and managers are essential. Independent, structured, and reliable working methods are expected.

The assignment is located in Stuttgart and will be hybrid. The project duration is 7-9 months with the earliest possible start.
