Introduction & Summary

We are looking for a professional Crossing Manager (m/f/d) with experience in organizing and conducting approval procedures.

Responsibilities

• You independently organize and obtain way, crossing, permit, and special use agreements for a pipeline construction project.
• You support the processing of the way usage concept for your project.
• You commission, review, and approve crossing documents according to the project's specifications.
• You manage external service providers.
• You carry out the crossing permit procedures for your project.
• You prepare and conduct negotiations with owners, beneficiaries, associations, municipalities, and other public bodies (legal entities).
• You record the ancillary provisions from crossing management.
• You communicate with the authorities responsible for public interests.
• You coordinate closely with the project and, if necessary, with the Project Advisor Crossing Management.
• You manage and document the processes of crossing management.
• You prepare and carry out the handover of documents from the project.
• You review invoices and fees.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree (university/university of applied sciences) in electrical or surveying engineering. Alternatively, you have a master craftsman or technician qualification with relevant professional experience or a comparable education.
• Experience in overhead line and cable technology is an advantage.
• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications, databases, and SAP.
• You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You have strong communication skills, approach people openly, and work well in a team.
• You are willing to travel and possess a Class B driver's license.
