Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Lead Analyst for Requirements Analysis / Conception (m/f/d)

Our client, a public institution, operates a central system that provides services for its online offerings teams. This includes defining functional and technical guidelines, designing user journeys, user experience, and UI design, providing a pattern library for all eServices, and supporting teams in IT security, change management, quality assurance, methodological competence, ITSM processes, and project mandates. We are seeking a Lead Analyst for Requirements Analysis and Conception to analyze business processes for around 120 online products and design the functional macro-architecture of the portal presence.

Work will be conducted using an agile approach adapted to the specific framework conditions.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business processes with regard to the implementation of approx. 120 online products
• Quality management of requirements analysis for online products (processes, methods, tools)
• Conception and further development of requirements analysis for online products
• Further development of the interface between functional concept and testing
• Further development of the interface between functional concept and design
• Functional and technical evaluation of requirements from the business department, description of technical possibilities, and planning of implementation tasks
• Contribution of functional aspects to software architecture and realization of online products
• Analysis and consideration of feasibility regarding accessibility (e.g., planning of corresponding user stories)
• Planning, creation, and execution of functional acceptance tests in cooperation with software testers
• Leading the design of the functional macro-architecture for the portal integration of further business presences and derivation of future guidelines for the structures of the portal presences
• Joint design of the structures of the portal presences with other stakeholders, considering functional macro-architecture, information architecture, and portal strategy
• 3rd-level support for existing online applications, including analysis and proposed solutions for error correction

Requirements

Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1), are required.
