Lead Analyst Requirements Analysis / Concept

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Lead Analyst (m/f/d) for Requirements Analysis / Concept to consult on the project:

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business processes regarding their implementation in approx. 120 online products.
• Quality management in requirements analysis, including processes, methods, and tools.
• Conception and further development of requirements analysis for digital products.
• Further development of collaboration and interfaces between functional concepts, testing, and design.
• Functional and technical evaluation of requirements, as well as description of possible solution approaches and implementation options.
• Participation in architecture and implementation concepts from a functional perspective.
• Analysis and consideration of requirements for digital accessibility.
• Planning, creation, and execution of functional acceptance tests together with the responsible test units.
• Functional design of the macro architecture for portal integrations, as well as derivation of future structural and conceptual specifications.
• Coordination and further development of information architecture, portal structures, and strategic guidelines together with the involved project partners.
• Analysis of error patterns within the scope of 3rd-level support and development of functional solution approaches.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in requirements analysis and functional conception of complex software and portal projects.
• Experience in process analysis and requirements management in agile project environments.
• Experience in the environment of the Federal Employment Agency.
• PDP experience.
• Experience in collaboration with business departments, UX/UI teams, test management, and development. (Supplement based on the task description).
• Knowledge in the area of digital accessibility. (Derived from project tasks).

Nice to have

• Experience with large public sector portals or e-government projects.
• Knowledge in information architecture and portal strategies.
• Experience in supporting complex functional applications at the 3rd-level level.
