Lead a development team of 3-5 developers in larger rollout projects, responsible for defining and refining the scope, managing the backlog, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Technical leadership of a development team of 3-5 devs within larger rollout projects
Development of the scope for your team (Discovery)
Refinement of the scope into actionable epics and user stories (Refinement)
Maintenance and prioritization of the backlog
Coordination with business stakeholders and rollout managers
Acceptance of implemented requirements
Requirements
-
Several years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst at senior or lead level
Experience in the technical leadership of development teams (3-5 devs)
Experience with discovery and refinement of scope, epics, and user stories
Experience in larger rollout projects, ideally in a corporate environment
Proficient in dealing with stakeholders from business and IT
Advantageous: Experience in the insurance industry
Fluent German (mandatory)
Weekly presence in Vienna
