For an infrastructure with isolated zones, we are looking for a Lead Security Consultant to build and manage a vulnerability management system. 100% remote, starting from 12.10.2026.

• Build vulnerability management (not just operate)
• Operate scanners without network connection (network, OS, images, configuration)
• Prioritize based on risk (EPSS, KEV, CSAF) beyond CVSS
• Enable inventory as data basis
• Enforce deadline model and exception process
• Consolidate findings into an overview, manage KPIs
• Proven track record of building vulnerability management
• Scanners: Greenbone/OpenVAS, Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7
• Image/Config Check: Trivy, Grype, Clair, kube-bench, Checkov
• Findings Consolidation: DefectDojo, Dependency-Track
• Inventory/Ticketing: NetBox, ServiceNow, Jira
• German citizenship, residence in Germany
• Own audit or pentest experience
• CISSP, GIAC, or OSCP
• Vulnerability management in public cloud environments
