In this project, we can exclusively engage genuine freelancers, i.e., self-employed individuals who conclude the contract themselves and perform the service themselves – no employed staff of companies.

• Requirements Engineering: Active management of requirements gathering and transfer into precise IT specifications.
• Methodology Lead: Definition and assurance of standards for processes, methods, and tools.
• Interface Management: Central point of contact between business departments, architecture, dev, and design.
• Functional Control: Evaluation and prioritization of requirements as well as planning of implementation.
• Compliance & UX: Ensuring accessibility and intuitive user guidance in all concepts.
• Project Sparring: Functional support of architecture and realization up to go-live.
• Process Modeling: Structured documentation of workflows (BPMN, UML, or EPK).
• Acceptance Responsibility: Execution and leadership of functional acceptance tests (UAT).
• Web Analytics: Data-driven optimization of the user journey via Matomo & Tag Manager.
• Very good knowledge in requirements management
• In-depth knowledge of methods for requirements analysis, business process modeling (BPMN/EPK), OOA, UML/ERM/SERM, DSL, modeling tools (ideally Innovator)
• Experience with test procedures, acceptance criteria, usability, quality management
• Knowledge in software engineering, software architecture, OOD, MDA
• Experience with knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence)
• Knowledge in project management, controlling, ITIL, agile requirements management, Jira/Remedy, SCRUM
• Evaluation of software development approaches
• Experience in the public sector environment is an advantage
