Head of Construction Execution (m/f/d)

Framework Conditions

• Overall control and monitoring of construction execution on the client side, taking into account building permits, construction plans, schedules, and technical specifications
• Central point of contact for construction trades, contractors, project management, and plant operations
• Coordination of individual construction lots and ensuring a smooth process between the involved trades and project areas
• Monitoring compliance with legal requirements, technical regulations, and project-specific quality, safety, and environmental requirements
• Early identification and documentation of schedule deviations, risks, and execution problems, as well as initiation of appropriate measures
• Organization and execution of construction meetings and ensuring transparent information and decision-making processes
• Control of construction documentation, including daily construction logs, inspection reports, test protocols, attendance lists, and other required evidence
• Monitoring of deliveries, timesheets, and waste-related documentation, as well as checking compliance with relevant specifications
• Enforcement of necessary measures against contractors and demanding contractually agreed cooperation obligations
• Monitoring and coordination of scope changes, additional services, and additional costs in close cooperation with the client
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as acting responsibly in cases of immediate danger on the construction site
• Completed technical university or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction execution or construction management, ideally in overhead line construction, energy infrastructure, or comparable infrastructure projects
• Sound knowledge of relevant legal requirements, approval requirements, technical regulations, as well as occupational health, safety, and environmental protection
• Experience in controlling construction processes and in schedule, quality, cost, and interface management
• Routine in supervising executing companies and in handling construction documentation
• Confident use of MS Office and project-related documentation systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a reliable and assertive demeanor towards contractors and project participants
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working, as well as the ability to act safely and responsibly even in critical situations
• Willingness for regular presence on construction sites and confidential handling of project-related information
• Start Date: January 2027 to expected end of 2032
• Scope of Work: 1 FTE (40h/week)
• Location: Eichstetten, Lörrach (90%), remote (10%)
