The role involves managing logistics and warehouse compliance, focusing on temperature data, GxP regulations, and deviation management within a pharmaceutical context.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Independent reading of transport temperature data from incoming goods and checking checklists for correct completion
- Verification of all incoming goods for the specified transport temperature
- Support of the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP issues
- Taking ownership or responsibility for processing deviations and changes in Veeva
- Proactive participation in process optimization and quality improvements
- Completed vocational training or a completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in the field of the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics
- Professional experience in the GMP / GDP area
- Experience in GxP deviation and change management
- Experience in processing GxP documents
- Very good German skills (C1) and English skills (level B2) in speaking and writing
- High degree of structured and independent working style combined with high customer orientation as well as professional and proactive handling of all stakeholders
- Excellent team and social skills as well as a team-oriented mindset
- High degree of proactivity and personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment
