• Volume: 40 person-days (PD)
• Location: Munich
• Remote work possible?: Yes, approx. 80% remote (on-site in Munich for key meetings as agreed and based on project needs)
• As a specialized expert for Deal Execution and PMO, you will support our client – a company in the telecommunications sector – during a critical phase. As part of a demanding sell-side M&A transaction, you will take over the operational and strategic management of the relevant deal streams in the period between signing and closing.
• With your feel for complex issues and your strong structuring skills, you will significantly contribute to creating transparency and ensuring the successful completion of the transaction.
• In this role, you will act as a central hub in the Deal Execution PMO. You will be responsible for the creation and preparation of high-quality planning, decision-making, and documentation materials at C-level. You will identify risks, analyze dependencies, and ensure adherence to the critical path until closing without gaps.
• For this time-critical project assignment, we are looking for an analytically skilled personality with sound experience in business analysis and transaction-related project management, who can confidently translate complex issues into tangible results.

• Creation and updating of an integrated transaction plan, including documented milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Consulting on coordination, monitoring, and transparency assurance of deal streams within the scope of the Deal Execution PMO
• Creation and consolidation of overviews of open points, decisions, risks, dependencies, and identified issues in the transaction context
• Creation of documentation for transaction-related work packages and their processing status
• Preparation of information on contractual, financial, tax, personnel, IT, operational, and commercial transaction matters
• Creation of closing checklists, including documented tasks, deadlines, and implementation statuses
• Documentation of conditions, approvals, addendums, and other closing-relevant transaction components
• Creation of decision documents, status reports, and management summaries on transaction-relevant issues
• Creation of consolidated representations of risks, open points, decisions, dependencies, and possible courses of action
• Preparation of complex transaction issues in German and English for management documents
• Creation of an integrated transaction plan with documented milestones, dependencies, and critical path
• Creation of consolidated overviews of transaction-related work packages and their processing status
• Creation of closing checklists with documented tasks, deadlines, and implementation statuses
• Creation of status reports, decision documents, and management summaries
• Creation of consolidated representations of risks, open points, decisions, and dependencies
• Sound M&A / Transaction Experience: Practical experience in supporting deals (ideally sell-side and in the phase between signing and closing / Deal Execution)
