M365, SCCM, MDM Administrators - remote - from September - 4 months +

Project overview

We are looking for several administrators:

Exchange Administrator / Messaging Infrastructure - Utilization 50%, 350 hours

Responsibilities

SCCM / Software Distribution - Utilization 50%, 350 hours

Microsoft 365 / Telephony - Utilization 100%, 530 hours

Intune / Mobile Device Management - Utilization 100%, 700 hours

• Operation and support of the Exchange and messaging infrastructure
• Support in ensuring the availability of business-critical mail services
• Analysis, evaluation, and processing of incidents in the messaging environment
• Coordination with adjacent infrastructure teams, especially Active Directory and Windows Server
• Taking over and documenting existing operational knowledge
• Support with changes, maintenance, and technical further developments
• Ensuring structured onboarding and knowledge transfer from the previous responsibility
• Coordination of topics in the Exchange ecosystem with internal and external stakeholders
• Operation and support of the existing SCCM environment
• Support with software distribution and packaging
• Support of Windows client management topics
• Analysis and resolution of problems in software distribution
• Support with rollouts, updates, and client-related changes
• Maintenance and further development of existing distribution processes
• Documentation of workflows, configurations, and changes
• Technical contribution to the future development towards Intune
• Support with the introduction and expansion of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
• Support for the replacement of the existing telephone system
• Support with Teams Phone topics
• Contribution to concepts for Local Breakout, Geo-Redundancy, and QoS
• Coordination with network and infrastructure teams
• Support with piloting and PoC
• Support during rollout and go-live phases
• Knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Documentation of technical decisions, concepts, and operational aspects
• Support with the replacement of the previous MDM approach
• Planning and support of the migration to Microsoft Intune
• Configuration, piloting, and introduction of Intune-based MDM processes
• Integration of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 into the target state
• Support with device migrations
• Execution and support of pilot phases
• Consulting on the stable design of a long-term MDM platform
• Documentation of concepts, decisions, and operational processes
• Handover of knowledge to internal stakeholders
• Start: 01.09.2026
