Responsibilities

Profile:

• Control of construction execution in compliance with schedule, budget, and quality objectives, as well as technical leadership of execution-related tasks
• Coordination of interfaces between project management, construction companies, service providers, and other stakeholders, as well as regular reporting on construction progress
• Preparation of construction measures, including route surveys, construction sequence planning, and participation in tenders and awards
• Contract management, including invoicing, claims management, and management of opportunities and risks
• Organization and control of quality assurance, as well as occupational health and environmental protection on the construction site
• Coordination with landowners, agriculture, and forestry, as well as ensuring complete final documentation
• Completed technical degree, ideally in civil engineering, or technical vocational training with extensive further education
• Project management experience, sound methodological knowledge, and a structured, meticulous way of working; certification according to IPMA Level D or higher is an advantage
• Leadership experience in projects or line management, as well as strong skills in interface management, communication, and moderation, complemented by negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Experience in planning and construction execution of overhead line projects
• Confident use of MS Project, MS Office, SAP, and SharePoint, as well as experience with QGIS and Jira
• Driver's license class B
