As a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d), you are the heart of our manufacturing. You work directly at the point of action on our product and are responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring our modern production facilities. Depending on your qualifications and interests, you will be deployed in one of our three production areas. Occasional administrative tasks and mutual cover complete your range of responsibilities.

• Professional setup, configuration, and safe operation of sheet metal processing machines (esp. bending, punching, folding)
• Monitoring of production processes and precise manufacturing of components exactly according to technical drawing specifications
• Seamless monitoring of workpiece quality and documentation of production data
• Operation and monitoring of the powder coating system
• from the pre-treatment area to the coating
• Responsibility for the preparation and monitoring of wastewater, powders, and chemicals (perform measurements, top up baths)
• Supporting the team with hanging and unhanging sheet metal parts as needed
• Independent operation, loading, and monitoring of the foam production machines
• Adherence to foam parameters as well as visual and dimensional quality control of the foamed components
• Professional post-processing of components as well as regular cleaning and maintenance of tools and machines
• Adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in all areas
• Compliance with the maintenance and upkeep plan according to TPM guidelines
• Documentation of relevant operating data and active participation in the continuous improvement of work processes
• Dedicated teamwork and mutual support
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator or a comparable qualification
• Technical knowledge, depending on the specialization area, is an advantage:
• Sheet metal processing: Experience with press brake machines. Press setup certification is an advantage
• Powder coating: Initial experience in powder coating, surface technology, as well as handling chemicals and wastewater treatment is an advantage
• Foam production: Initial practical experience with foam or plastics processing machinery
• Reliability in reading and implementing technical drawings
• Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Good German language skills, spoken and written, for smooth communication
