Machine Operator with Setup Function

Your history so far:

• Independent setup, configuration, and programming of machines in the production process
• Checking tool status during dismantling and initiating maintenance measures if necessary
• Programming the machines as well as requesting and providing the necessary tools
• Reporting deviations from work plans and parts lists to production management
• Collaboration with the specialist department to identify and resolve machine malfunctions
• Labeling of components and documentation of the respective work progress
• Carrying out sampling orders and organizing the internal transport of components
• Completed 3-year job-related training, preferably as a process mechanic, or several years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Strong manual dexterity, technical understanding, and sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials science
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as advanced MS Office skills
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, independent and solution-oriented way of working, and high reliability
• Experience in training colleagues and applying problem-solving techniques
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and possession of a forklift license
• Willingness to undergo training with an average familiarization period of up to 3 months
